Sad story...

i don't think this was in brazil but these are brazillians talking and laughing, ok so basically these guys have no respect for animals, so they decided to ...put a puppy on fire, and theres proof, they even recorded it for their enjoyment , heres the video - P.S i recommend not watching the video, you'l regret it...i couldn't even watch the video, it made me feel bad for the dog, wich did nothing to them. http://brasiluniversodigital.blogspot.com/2011/07/chocante-18-dois-garotos-ateiam-fogo-em.html

I don't want to watch it, I can't watch it. . It makes me so angry and sad that people can do these kinds of things to animals.

This is disgusting. I dont understand how/why people can hurt animals like this.. I dont even agree with animals being killed for meat (and i know thats just my personal opinion on that).. Even worse is the people recording it and taking pictures.. In my opinion they should be treated the same way as anyone who murders/harms another person.

I don't dare click on that man. Just talking about animal cruelty is enough for me to set me off. That's just plain wrong. How can some of them be called human beings if they don't even act human? >_<

I agree with you James, what's even sicker is that you still kill animals for the fur. Or dogs and roosters that you use for fighting.. I guess the list can be made long, unfortunately..
Though I must confess that I eat meat, I was a vegetarian for a few years but went back to meat again. Now I try to eat meat from animals that have a good life and can live as animals, and not as products stuffed in cages. It not the ideal, but it's a start..

Tell me ? Have you ever seen other animal trying to hurt other animal only for fun ? No animals are killing because :

a) they are hungry
b) they are afraid so they want to defend themselfs !

Monkeys do, they usually throw rocks at other animals and then laugh at them. But they are the animal that is the closest to humans.

I really can't watch this too I fast forward and looked at the other still clips and i saw a little fluffy ball on fire. I just can't take it....

I have a childhood friend who shot a cat to death with a pellet gun. He will burn in hell.

link wouldnt work 4 me, but im glad it doesnt. Some ppl think just because humans are a dominate race that we can disrespect other animals. I thinks its BS, we learn and cant live without other life on earth. I once saw a video from china were a lady was stepping on a baby kitty with high heels on...it was so bad, and made me want to do it to her. and my gf tells me all the time to watch a movie called THE COVE, its all about ocean animals getting slaughtered, IDK i cant watch it.

It doesn't work like that.
If a man tortures animals, a clear punishment would be torturing him.
What if he tortures dozens of animals? If the same punishment applies, he won't survive the torture and it won't be fair since he won't feel what he's done. That's one of the objectives of justice.
Plus if you torture a man you would be just like him, therefore you should have the same punishment.
Burning a dog is wrong but isn't burning a person just as wrong?
