Application Standards

As The Jokers have grown we are implementing new application standards,
all new applicants will undergo these standards before accepted into
The Jokers:

1)
All applicants must fill out the application form and post an intro thread.

2)
Applicants must attend 2+ practices with The Jokers so that you as an
applicant can see what it's like to play with us, and so we can see
what it's like to play with you.

3)
We expect our applicants to come to practices ontime, and enter the chatroom when invited to follow further instruction.

4)
All applicants will be asked to play a small leaders game, where applicants
will rotate teams so that they can play with all the leaders.

5)
Although not mandatory we would prefer if you have a mic, and are active in the forum. Micless players may take longer to get accepted.

Overall we are looking for these qualities:
- A high knowledge of the game, the maps, the classes, the modes
- Nice sportsmanship
- The desire to learn more and train oneself
- The desire to teach other players/learn from other players in the clan and always play with us
- Someone who can accept criticism, and can handle taking rules from others (a team player).
