PSN Game Sharing

So I've realized that alot of people don't know.
You can share you games with your friends.
And Playstation wants you to do it.
I promise....Here's how...

Create a account on your friend who's getting it.

When you sign in, choose (use existing account)

Then it wants your E-Mail address and Password to verify that it's really you.

It will take you to the store and ask for the password again.

In the store go to the upper right hand side and choose (view downloads)

Download in backround everything they want.

While PS3 is downloading everything you chose, sign out

Sign back in as the friend again. It's doesn't stop the download(s).


RULES
If you can't make it to your friends house, make sure you trust the person with your vital info.
Both of you can't be on, so if your doing it right, you'll get kicked off when they sign on.
When you buy a PSN game you are allowed to share that game with only 5 other people.

And that's it, easy as pie. I have so many free games because of this.

If you want to minimized the PS3 long downloading time,
Don't play a game while downloading in backround,
And for even faster results, don't download in backround, just watch it do it's thing.

Yeah... I pretty much game shared my account on 4 systems already xD


I am the type that buys a lot of game so I always have the bad end of the trade.. I have Tekken 5, Crystal defenders, Wild Arms 2, Fatty P, Marvel vs Capcom 2, SFIV DLCs, SF2HDremix =]

Yes you can, but it's illegal. You're only allowed to share with your family legally. So no they don't want you to do it.

I do it, but none of the people I know have a ps3 and games so ive gsed with people online lol.

Just deleted CC info before and change password to something you'll never use again

I'm not passing judgement, I just didn't want people reading this and thinking it was legal when it's not.

I thought it's also 5 people per game. I have never done this but some of my friends from LBP is asking me to share Fat princess with them just because they always see me playing this. I told then just buy the game it's 50% off until next week.

Anyway, none of my friends own a PS3 also, they all have Wii (boo!) So you, Jokers, are the closest friends I have here in PSN.

yea none of my friends in real life have PS3 most of them have PS2 or XBOX lol

LOL, same here Glitchy and Timo.. the only friends that I have on PSN that I know in real life I barely talked to XD But one of them is actually an old friend of mine which we sort of didn't see each other anymore do to the school puting us in complete different classes.. and well, now I moved =P. But we barely talk because he doesn't have the same games as me!! So boo

This is not the thread to start this kind of talk, but with the way this thread is turning.
I was just telling Pam, that I really like everyone here, we JOKERS have a family sense to it.
When I see that one of us is down, it make s me feel down too. I hope that everyone feels the same that I feel. I know that the Jokers will be a clan that will stick around for thick and thin.

I've had some experience in the game sharing myself.

I've game shared to like 4 of my friends, it's pretty cool. I buy games I like my friend download them, if he has something I dont. Swapperoooniez!

if im at my gfs, and i log in with my account with psplus and lbp, can i share lbp with her account?

Going back to that touchy subject of clan love, yes I think you guys are the best. I love all of your sense of humor (esp. Pam, she always cracks me up ) and I like how you don't let the drama get the best of you. I wish no one else would leave our clan and those who'll be joining would be as nice as the rest of you.

Maybe that should be part of our recruiting process..making sure an applicant can "hang" with our stupid jokes.

Neo... it isn't illegal... Because then sony would have locked the games to a single system... so be allowing people to do this just makes it easier to share cost of games with friends

No-no, it IS illegal.

That's why Sony locked game sharing, and now you can only share your account on 4 systems.

Why thay did it?! Because if your PS3 with YLODed on you, like mine did, then you will be happy to download every game you've had on your new system.
