James and Desi I'm calling you out.

And anyone who knows some good ones too.

But will you name some meals then you my think a Meat lover would enjoy.
I will not be converting but I'm sure you know a dish or to that would plow my mind not having meat in it.

The other day me and pam went to a whole foods store, and they had a Vegen, yes Vegen Enchiladas. It tasted great! And, And!! The cheese actually tasted like cheese!^^ I would have them again.

Hmm.. there are lots of veggie things i enjoy..

One of my fave's is Vegetable lasagna.. It's just like a normal lasagna but instead of having mince meat, you put diced veggies instead (and hold back on the garlic so you can actually taste something apart from garlic Razz)

I love having a mince meat and spinach curry but lamb mince is very fattening, you can use quorn or soya protein as a substitute.

I suppose you can do that with a chicken and spinach Too.

The picture Mijo posted is not of the actually vegan enchilada's. Thats false advertising. LOL.

I am going to try to cut back on my meat intake, by avoiding meat for breakfast and lunch, and then at dinner we will see.

There are health food shops in the UK called Holland and Barrett, and they usually have a vegetarian/vegan section at the back of the shop which stocks pre-made things ready to eat like pork pies and pasties and stuff like that.. The vegan pork pie had an amusing name.. (tasted awful though lol)

It was called "Porkless Pie"

lol!

I coulda sworn that's how it looked, cause I was scared it wouldn't taste as good as it looked.

Count me out, I am a meat eater. I just want to explore a little.
So on these nights, I may order a sausage pizza.^^

I've recently suggested that we have Meatless Sundays at our home. I'm wondering what kind of recipes would be good? & should we count fish as meat?

If you watch the documentary (if you like documentaries) Forks over Knives, you will quickly (IMO) make changes to your diet that include reducing greatly if not completely eliminating meat from your diet.

Its available on Netflix. I started watching it, but didnt finish. I hope to watch it while on vacation.

Vegetarianism ftw! Jiggy

Even though Mark is one of the biggest meat eaters ever, when i cook a veggie dish for us both to have, he enjoys it and says he can actually taste the ingredients more than when he has the same but with meat in it!

I cant wait for my Christmas dinner.. Everyone has Turkey and i have Quorn loaf..

It tastes lovely Very Happy

Mind you, im mainly looking forward to a whole plate full of sprouts.. i LOVE sprouts! lol creep

I'm going to skip the video, but thanks Red. I actually tried going meatless for about 2-3 months a few years ago, but ended up eating a lot of bread! It was too hard to find stuff to eat. I only like a small amount of vegetables.

I'm not sure how to feel about the way that animals are treated. I know that there are 2 sides to everything, but I hope I can respect everyone's view on the subject....Well, unless you are a cannibal! lol <-bad attempt at humor

Pam!

You should write the recipe for that ice cream loaf thing you mentioned on the text! That sounds lush! ^^
