Apparently, on the opening scenes of the new US version of Masterchef, they show a huge crowd of people waiting to go into the auditions.

However, maybe the crowd isn't as big as we were lead to believe...

Basically, some very obvious (and not very good) computer editing has been done to simply copy and paste various parts of the crowd. Its a shame they didn't simply copy the people wearing black, because they could've gotten away with it. However, they copied the lady holding her hand up, in YELLOW, and the man in the bright RED jacket!

If you look really closely at the bottom of the middle red circle, you can see the faint green arms (but, spookily, nothing more) of the girl who appears at the bottom of the lower red circle! The black guy behind the yellow-jumper lady is quite see-through, and there appears to be a MUTANT in the middle of the two green circles (where a man has been taken out, but his hand still remains infront of another man's face).

Fail. bounce

Why does the US always try to copy (and fail) at British shows?

That's why I just got to watch the British stuff.

But I love finding editing errors in tv and film! It's like a where's waldo!

What Britain does well is make TV show concepts. We make a TV show, then sell the idea to all other countries, so they can make it too. Its one of our big exports. Everyone has heard of 'Masterchef', 'Who wants to be a Millionaire', 'The Weakest Link', 'Big Brother', 'The Office', 'Pop Idol', 'X Factor', '[insert country's name here]'s got Talent'.

Actually... I'm not entirely sure that these shows are something to be proud of... they usually make Saturday night TV almost unwatchable. Sorry! :-)
