I'm back buuuut

Subject: I'm back buuuut Tue Apr 19, 2011 9:36 pm

I got a new job! I have left the espresso and lemon loaf behind at Starbucks and moved on to my real-life profession of being a pastry chef! I am getting used to getting up at 6am....it is not easy and I respect everyone who gets up early and can handle it. I almost fell asleep on a pastry bag a few times today. And to top it off, I have an interview coming up at one of the most prestigious dessert restaurants in Boston! So who the heck knows where I will be in the next month! Just wanted to share that with you all. :]

I think to support Nikki in her new career and interviews, I should taste test all her creations to make sure they are up to snuff and her best efforts... because I love her so, I do not want anything less then perfection to leave her kitchen!

If by poisoned you mean you put too much chocolate in it! LOL. Go ahead and try...my tolerence for chocolate is very high, so it will take many a treat to get me to OD.

I think I might have to "retire" my apron since we have a professional chef in the clan now.

I have seen cute cake designs online but I never know where to go to actually get one baked for someone's birthday >_>
