about forum

So about a month ago the forum used to remember what the last post I read in a thread was. So for example, in battle of the last post, if I clicked the link to it, it'd send me directly to the last page and the last post I had read. But now it just sends me to the first post on page 1 everytime. Is this a setting in my profile or is this something everyone is experiencing and the admins would need to look into?

You mean selecting it from the list on the right side of the home page, it has always sent me to the 1st post.
I'm use to it now, but I wish it didn't.
Maybe you forgot that thats just how it was since you've been gone.
Cause I don't remember a time when it didn't do it.

no it's not how it was. I may have been a sleeping joker i still always came to the forums. And one day it working like normal and the next day it just sent me to post 1.

When I click a thread on the Latest Topics on the LEFT side of the forum, it still:|
takes me to the very last post on the very last page. Maybe it IS a setting Neo.

If I click on any thread that figures on the latest Topics scrollbar, it will bring me to the LAST page of the thread:
about forum 4HBI

If I click on a thread title from the forum sections, it will bring me to the FIRST page of the thread:
about forum 4HBV

If I click on the little square next to the Name of the last poster of a thread from the Forum sections, it will bring me to the LAST page of the thread
about forum 4HBP

From memory, it's always been like that for me. But I haven't been on this forum half as long as some of you so maybe it was different before

it has been both ways for me....But mainly it goes to the last post.

well I looked through my account settings and didn't see anything, but if everyone is different it can't be something the admins do.... for now i"ll just do what von does

What Von says is what I see.
I'll try to look for a difference in ya'lls proflies, but it's always been like that for me.

I hate when Forumotion always changes this up. To tell you the truth, I've noticed some months it takes you to the last post, and some months it takes you to the first, making you manually go to the last page. It's annoying, but it goes on and off, I don't know why.
But Von has a good way of doing it there, thank you Very Happy
