like cipro + any ions (calcium, iron, etc) because they form insoluble complexes and decrease ciprofloxacine absorption + effect. propose to administer ion supplements >2 hours after or 6 hours before cipro. same with levothyroxine (synthroid) + iron creep

We usually give Cipro at 0700 and 2100, and Fe Gluconate around 0900 and 1700.

I use to have a crush on this guy where I use to work. I would spot him in the cafeteria, and wander over (nonchalantly of course - cause I was cool like that) to where he was, even eating whatever was over on that side of the cafeteria just to sneak a peak at him and chit chat.

I always made sure to go to lunch the same time he did to bump into him. Then when I saw that everyday he would sit with a bunch of people and play chess, I quickly learned how to play chess too!

when I was trying to brush up my skills for my "crush" I use to practice with a cd-rom called "Maurice Ashley teaches chess."

Its really easy to follow and fun. It teaches all the pieces and their moves and has lots of exercises for you to drill.

I bought it from Amazon for super super cheap. (used)

Plus I know that PS2 had a Chessmaster game. And you can play chess on PSHome.
